Nakhon Nayok province provides a great riding experience and has beautiful national parks, mountains, water falls and a lot of local products. Another well known attraction is the Klong Tha Dan Dam and its scenic point: the longest and largest concrete dam in the world.
Khao Yai National Park, located approximately 175 km northeast of Bangkok, has five vegetation zones and one of the few remaining monsoon forests in Asia. Home to more than 153 different species of animals and birds, including 200-300 wild elephants as well as endangered Asiatic black bears, tigers, leopards and barking deer – to name a few – it is no wonder Khao Yai is Thailand’s most visited park.
The second day, you will be riding to Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of the siam dynastie, a Unesco World Heritage. It was once glorified as one of the biggest cities in the world a Southeast Asia center for civilizations. During the 17th century, most foreign visitors to Ayutthaya, traders or diplomats alike, claimed Ayutthaya to be the most illustrious and glittering city that they had ever visited.
After a night spent in the Ayutthaya area in a cosy hotel, we will be heading back to Bangkok reaching our final destination late in the afternoon.
